Chara Grace so sweet an' cool

An Ode to the Hamilton Clan

Carlisle, Silchester, Trentham, (S.M.)

  1. Chara Grace so sweet an' cool,
    So kind an' good, she ain't nobodys fool;
    That love an' sweetness, it's to th' name we trace,
    Sure is a double portion of Chara Grace.
  2. Abigail Faith is second to none,
    She's such a bundle of love an' fun;
    Pretty as a picture, jus' leaves ya outta breathe,
    Trust me, that's Abigail Faith.
  3. Blair Hope? Shucks, that smile,
    It'd melt the heart th' fiercest crocodile;
    So if y're down an' blue, an' feel ya' jus' can't cope,
    Jus' turn an' look, at Blair Hope.
  4. Robert Chalmers, he takes up the rear,
    But with three big sisters, no fear;
    He jus' shouts an' hollers an' he's surrounded by calmers,
    That's our Robert, Chalmers.
  5. So takes y're pick, the Hamilton Clan,
    The sweetest bunch n' th' State o' Maine;
    Ain't nuthin' better, not e'en blueberry pie,
    Them beautiful kids bring a tear, to Grampaws eye.

This was Writ for my American babies.
